1. Who we are

This site is operated by PrimeCornerHub Media, Unipessoal Lda., registered at Rua Braamcamp 84, 3.º Dto., 1250-052 Lisbon, Portugal (“we”, “us”). Contact: geral@primecornerhub.com.

2. Nature of the service

PrimeCornerHub is an independent information publication about online gambling operators licensed in Portugal. We are not a gambling operator, we hold no gambling licence, we do not accept bets, process deposits or withdrawals, manage player accounts or pay out prizes.

All content is provided for information purposes and does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.

3. Age and territory restriction

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, including licence numbers and authorised game types, which we verify against the SRIJ public register and the PDF documents it publishes.

Even so, promotions, terms, game catalogues, payment methods and licensing status may change without notice. The binding terms are always those published by the operator itself, and we recommend reading them before opening an account or depositing funds.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of the district of Lisbon have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable to consumers.

In a consumer dispute, you may refer the matter to the competent alternative dispute resolution bodies or to the European online dispute resolution platform.
